On Monday, 19 October 2026, I received an email from a person who is expressly mentioned in these memoirs. The sender attached a criminal charge sheet and a State psychiatrist’s report prepared in May 2024 in connection with earlier criminal proceedings involving me. I had not previously been provided with this particular psychiatric report, even though I had approached medical institutions for my records. I did not know that it contained the conclusion now shown to me. By the time I received it, all three manuscripts had been completed, the electronic editions submitted and the books placed into international pre-order distribution.

One conclusion in the report concerns whether, at the time of the assessment, I could follow criminal court proceedings sufficiently to make a proper defence. It says I could not. That differs from my previous understanding of the psychiatric assessments and from how I described the position in certain passages of SO I WROTE AGAIN. The same report separately addresses my ability to appreciate the wrongfulness of the alleged conduct; those are two different legal questions. The psychiatrist’s opinion does not, by itself, prove what the criminal court ultimately ordered, or why the charges were later withdrawn. Those questions require the actual court record. I will not present an assumption as a judicial finding.

The email did not send those documents only to me. It also distributed my psychiatric information and the charge sheet to multiple other recipients. I had not consented to that circulation, and I have not been given an explanation identifying the source from which the sender obtained the material or the lawful authority relied upon to obtain and distribute it. This is a serious, separate question. The correspondence is being preserved, and I am pursuing the appropriate processes for competent authorities to examine the circumstances. I am not claiming that an offence has already been proved; I am insisting that the source, authority and purpose of the disclosure be accounted for.

I will not be intimidated into abandoning these books, and I will not conceal evidence that may qualify something I previously wrote. The manuscripts were already finalised and submitted before I first saw these documents. Reopening the electronic editions now would involve additional production work, expense and distribution consequences. I am therefore placing this dated clarification on the official Exposé website, openly and before the scheduled releases of 31 October and 15 November 2026. If the complete, verified court record later establishes that a further correction is necessary, I will record that correction plainly. My promise to readers is not that I knew everything when I wrote the books. It is that I will tell the truth about what I knew, what I did not know, and what the documents actually establish.
